Spark Growth Ministries
A space where all abilities can safely grow, thrive and belong.
We create inclusive, faith-centered opportunities where neurodivergent individuals can build practical skills, strengthen communication, connect with community, and experience meaningful belonging.

What Spark does
Belonging becomes powerful when it is built into everyday life.
Spark brings together real-life learning, communication supports, sensory awareness, and community participation so people can practice meaningful skills in places where life actually happens.
Learning & Life Skills
Individualized opportunities to build communication, daily living, routines, social participation, independence, and confidence.
Inclusive Communities
We help community spaces become more sensory-aware, communication-friendly, welcoming, and usable for people with diverse needs.
Family & Partner Support
Visual supports, communication tools, caregiver education, staff training, sensory planning, and educational advocacy made practical.
Two ways we create impact
Support the person. Strengthen the places around them.
01
The Learning Lab

02
Community Inclusion
For businesses, organizations, churches, libraries, community centers, schools, counseling centers, and other partners ready to make inclusion visible and practical.
Inclusion Implementation Days
We help transform a host site into a more inclusive space.
A Spark Inclusion Implementation Day can include building a sensory regulation space within the host site, creating supportive communication boards, assembling sensory kits, and helping staff understand how to use those supports well.

Why Spark
Inclusion should be something people can experience—not just something organizations say.
We focus on practical changes that help people communicate, regulate, participate, learn, and belong with greater dignity and fewer unnecessary barriers.
Help create more places where people can belong.
Whether you give, volunteer, host a project, or partner with Spark, your involvement helps turn inclusion into something people can actually experience.
